Tyler Isham

I've spent the past two years developing residential solar proposals for customers. I'm excited to be a part of Badgerland Exteriors and combining our expertise in roofing with my knowledge and experience in the solar space. Prior to being in the solar industry, I was the General Manager for the Madison Mallards. The biggest lesson I learned from my time at the Mallards was about customer service. A businesses success starts and ends with our customers. I'm excited to work with Madison area home owners on their solar and exteriors projects and bring EXEMPLARY customer service. 

 

I will be NABCEP certified by the end of 2024. 

 

I joined the Badgerland Exteriors and Solar team in March of 2024. 

 

I work with our customers on their solar projects. From sales and design to installation - I'll be with our customers every step of the process. Meeting their goals during the sales and design process and exceeding expectations during the installation and commissioning. I also work with ownership on setting, hitting, and executing company benchmarks and goals. 

 

I LOVE getting to meet with homeowners and talk solar. It's awesome to be able to help people make a positive impact on our environment, and save some money in the long term as well. I'm a personable dude, so I really enjoy getting to know who I work with. Who knows, I might even find some new golfing buddies!

 

I have three kids, ages 6, 4, and 2 so they take up a LOT of my spare time. But spending time with them and my wife Veronica is a blast. You can catch us at any kids activity or park around Dane County. We also enjoy our membership at Bishops Bay Country Club, playing golf, socializing, and relaxing by the pool in the summertime. Golf is my main passion and hobby. It's pretty easy to get me out on the links!
