About Us

Simple Contracting. Simply Great Results.

How Badgerland Was Born

Owner AJ Stoffels spent his early years working all across the U.S. building roofs. But in 2009 things began to change. He saw common gaps between what customers were saying they wanted, and what roofing companies were delivering on a national scale. He decided then and there to be a force for positive change. Badgerland Exteriors was created in Sauk City, and has been serving customers faithfully for over a decade.

Core Values to Live By

At Badgerland, we don’t just list our values for show. We demonstrate them through our actions, each and every day. We believe that treating others with respect and delivering outstanding results is the bare minimum, and around here? We like to go above and beyond. Want to know what to expect when you hire us? Here’s what we focus on.

A modern, two-story house with beige siding, dark roof, and a two-car garage. The front porch features hanging flower baskets. The yard is landscaped with shrubs and a well-maintained lawn. The sky is overcast.

Integrity

We're up front and sell products that were confident in and would install on our own homes. We say what we do, and do what we say.

Four men stand together on a golf course near a Badgerland Solar tent with promotional materials. Trees and buildings are visible in the background.

Always Growing

Our main drive in business is to constantly improve to better serve our clients.

Two men shaking hands outdoors on a grassy lawn. One wears a black cap, shirt, and shorts, while the other wears glasses, a blue shirt, and gray shorts. They stand in front of a suburban house with a tree in the background.

Working Together

Teamwork in our company is crucial for us to maintain a satisfied client base.

A tourist sign in a landscaped area welcomes visitors to Wisconsin. It features a wooden map of the state with the words "Wisconsin Welcomes You," highlighting industry, agriculture, and recreation. A stone base and greenery surround the sign.

Loyalty

Our loyalty to our customers and community are a cornerstone to our success.

Two people stand outside a house with a beige exterior and a sloped, shingle roof. They face the house, framed by trees and shrubs, under a clear sky. Both are wearing casual outfits with shorts and dark shirts.

We Work Hard

Consistency in our day to day operations are a must for us to survive. Strong work ethic will set us apart from our competitors.

A group of eleven people, five women and six men, stand indoors smiling at the camera. They are wearing matching black shirts with a logo, suggesting they are part of the same team or organization.

Why Choose Us?

Homeowners across America have similar complaints when it comes to working with roofing contractors: poor communication, unfair pricing, and shoddy results that don’t last. We do things differently by taking the roof replacement process from stressful to peaceful. You can count on us to do exactly what we promise to do, whether that be showing up promptly or sticking to our upfront estimate.

Dogs + golf + supporting a great cause? We’re in. 🐾⛳

Our crew joined @bruner.realty and @espnmadison for Putts for Pups at Blackhawk Country Club, benefiting the @dchsgiveshelter.

Bruner Realty has been a longtime property management partner of ours, so we were especially happy to support the event as a Labrador Level sponsor.

Between the dog lovers and golfers on our team, this one was a pretty easy sell. Thanks to everyone who made it such a fun day!
