How Badgerland Was Born
Owner AJ Stoffels spent his early years working all across the U.S. building roofs. But in 2009 things began to change. He saw common gaps between what customers were saying they wanted, and what roofing companies were delivering on a national scale. He decided then and there to be a force for positive change. Badgerland Exteriors was created in Sauk City, and has been serving customers faithfully for over a decade.

A recent roof replacement in Madison.
Notice the darkened areas around the roof vents in the before photos? They told us the attic ventilation could use some attention.
The new roof includes a continuous ridge vent along the roof’s peak, helping the attic breathe the way it was designed to.
The homeowner chose @certainteed Landmark® AR shingles in Pewter, giving the home an updated look to go along with the improvements underneath.

Yesterday was a great day for the CAI-WI Golf Outing.
AJ, Brent, Aaron, and Tyler spent the day connecting with community managers, board members, and industry professionals who support condo and homeowner associations throughout Wisconsin. (And Kat managed the table at our sponsored hole!)

We’re continuing our Insurance Jargon series with depreciation.
Let’s say your roof was installed in 2016. Ten years later, it’s not worth the same amount it was when it was brand new. Normal wear and tear reduces its value over time. Insurance companies call that depreciation.
