We’re looking for a friendly and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is all about keeping things running smoothly—helping our sales team stay on top of new leads, keeping records up to date, and making sure emails and requests don’t slip through the cracks. If you’re someone who enjoys variety in your day and likes being the go-to person who keeps everyone on track, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming phone calls, enter new leads into our CRM system, and schedule appointments for our sales reps.
• Keep an eye on leads that come in by email and get them scheduled with the right sales rep.
• Enter vendor invoices into the CRM system and make sure they’re connected to the correct job.
• Stay on top of internal and external emails—responding, forwarding, and following up as needed.
• Help out with other general office tasks to keep things running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone organized who can juggle a few things at once without losing track.
• A good communicator—comfortable on the phone and over email.
• Strong computer skills and experience using CRM systems or similar tools (we’ll train you on
• ours).
• Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendars, Google Drive).
• Attention to detail—you’ll be working with scheduling and invoices, so accuracy is important.
• A team player with a positive attitude who’s willing to pitch in where needed.

Job Details:

• Hours: Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm
• Pay: $20 -$22 per hour, based on experience
