Badgerland Exteriors & Solar is hiring a Project Manager to oversee daily job site operations for our
roofing and solar installations. This role is hands-on and fast-paced with a focus on safety, quality, and
strong communication between crews, homeowners, and the leadership team.

You’ll make sure each job starts with the right setup, stays organized throughout the day, and ends
with a clean, complete final product. If you like problem-solving, leading crews, and keeping projects
running efficiently, this position offers a meaningful way to put those skills to work.

Responsibilities

• Set up each job site with the appropriate equipment and protective systems (The Catch-All, Equipter, tarps, plywood, etc.).
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-organized job sites throughout the project.
• Communicate job progress with crews, sales reps, and management.
• Assist homeowners with on-site questions and updates.
• Coordinate end-of-day cleanup, walk-throughs, and punch-list items.
• Learn and support basic repair work (training provided).
• March through November is busy season while December through February have a lighter load.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Experience in roofing, construction, or exterior remodeling is a plus
• Ability to lead crews and maintain high quality standards
• Comfortable with physical, outdoor work
• Detail-oriented and reliable

Compensation & Benefits

• $25/hour base pay
• Commission opportunities for repair work
